Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Commercial carpeting is subjected to a greater level of footfall and needs a slightly different approach to domestic carpet cleaning. There are three methods, traditional hot water extraction, low moisture encapsulation and dry compound cleaning. It is important to choose the correct method to achieve the right results while also being cost effective. Keeping your carpets clean and hygienic will not only create a good impression with customers but provide a healthy environment for your staff.
What are the benefits of professional commercial cleaning?
|✓ Healthy environment maintained
✓ Indoor air quality restored
✓ Dirt and soils removed
✓ Carpets refreshed
|✓ Viruses and bacteria killed
✓ Life extended
✓ Protection applied
Hot water extraction: the preferred method for domestic cleaning and the most suitable method for the restoration of heavily soiled carpeting in high traffic areas and the first stage in effective carpet maintenance.
Low moisture encapsulation: this is the most cost effective method of carpet maintenance and in keeping your commercial carpets clean. It offers excellent results and contains anti-soiling properties to keep your carpets looking cleaner longer. In a busy workplace faster drying times are essential to minimise disruption to staff.
Dry compound: granules which are damp to the touch are massaged into the carpet to absorb soils before being vacuumed out. This method is suitable for light soiling only, and the only safe way to clean sisal, and other water sensitive fibres.
Having your commercial carpets protected subject to suitability will guard against accidental spills from food and drink and will also extend the life further, by reducing wear. The best time to apply protector is after cleaning or when carpets are new.
